Took it today in germany and passed with 850. In every section there are 2 or 3 question s new.

Took and passed exam scoring over 800 on all three portions, having focused almost solely on this download. Valid VCE in US.
Noted duplicates, and some recommendations from other test takers.
At least 6 extra questions so know your stuff, and study the reasoning behind the answers and you will be fine. Nearly all answers had been reordered or with slight change in verbage.
