However the question was about monitoring server1. Although server1 is also not a legacy operating system, technet does not mention legacy computers.

yes you can create an email that way for individual errors. But for any errors you need to create a custom view then attach a task. As they are looking for all errors not just the ones currently in event viewer

This is really Internet Key Exchange Protocol Version 2 (IKEV2) but with out the full question it is hard to know for sure what they are asking.

The other problem I have with this question is that IKEV2 is what VPN Reconnect uses. So the question should read something like "What technology does VPN Reconnect use?"
