Q2 is still valid. When they mean "Ontap 7.3.1 and newer" its within version 7.x series. Version 8 is a total rework of the Ontap kernel from scratch but Netapp tried to incorporate some features of version 7, not all.
Here is excerpt from Ontap 8.0 release note:

"Data ONTAP 8.0 7-Mode supports all of the features in earlier versions of Data ONTAP 7.x releases with some exceptions, including the following:

FTPS
SFTP
SnapLock
IPv6
SMB 2.0
256-GB and 512-GB Performance Acceleration Module (PAM II)

Do not upgrade your storage system to Data ONTAP 8.0 7-Mode if you have configured any of these features. "

Qustion 2 Data ONTAP 8.0 7-mode supports SMB 2.0 in windows vista and windows server 2008 is incorrect. According to the release notes on the support.netapp.com site 7.3.1 and newer support smb 2.0. The Data ONTAP 8.0.1 7-mode release notes also confirm that it does in fact support SMB 2.0

The SMB question/answer is correct, DOT 8.0 does not support SMB 2.0 its supported since DOT 8.0.1, it is a little bit confusing but correct.

About 5% of the questions in this dump have no valid answer(IE both True And false are RED). No big deal overall.

The true/false SMB 2.0 question in this dump is incorrect. ONTAP 7.3 and higher supports SMB 2.0 with VISTA and Windows 2008, so the correct answer is "true" not fals as this dump states for ONTAP 8.0.
