That is just glorious.Ukraine will see $3-4B per year in arms, fiscal support, and humanitarian aid from interest generated on Russian assets in Europe.
In parallel I assume Biden will implement the terms of the REPO act which can be used to seize and transfer Russian assets to Ukraine for humanitarian and reconstruction purposes. Estimates vary but this seems to be $5-6B worth of funds.
