Still about 189k customers without power in southern Ontario from the storm earlier this week.

Here we got freezing rain last night, but other than that nothing crazy and no real issues here. Glad to be working from home though, trying to get that ice off the vehicle would suck. It's suppose to warm up later today so I'll just wait until it melts.

I saw at least 20 TOR warnings in effect at one point with several of them enhanced to one degree or another.

I sat it out in my 70 year old house perched atop a gravel hill.

Lost power and web for a few hours, but nothing else.

Some places down south are still without power and ETR is like April 10.

I would try that in a VM and log the network traffic to see if it connects to any suspicious online servers. If it's all clean, maybe it could work?

45, wet, 15MPH NNE wind, feels miserable.

Might not get the Abbe Normal picture now. Water isn't rising as fast as forecast and may not hit the near record crest they've been ballyhooing about for a week.

went from decent to winter in one day, Monday.

There is 3 inches of snow here as of 4:00AM. -5C and a windchill of -13C

it should be gone by Wednesday, I hope..

According to our local news, there were 2 tornados that touched down in Tallahassee yesterday. Fortunately they weren't near us and seem to have done little damage. I'll take that. I've lived through 2 in my lifetime that hit where I was and that's 2 too many.

80 one day, 60 the next. Potentially back into the 30s for a couple of nights. Then more inches of rain to add to the 30+ feet of backwater.
