All these cuts... To fund a tax cut for the uber rich?

Your guy is taking USA off the map. Dont think there can be much doubt about that anymore. Question is who the puppeteer is.
💯 I had no idea that Republicans were so willing to go back to the foreign policy of the 1920s. The economic and strategic consequences of Trump burning down all the levers of American power make me sad for the world my grandchildren will inherit.

I seem to recall reading posts here that Putin had cancer and was dying. Also because his conference table was so long that he didn't wanna get Covid.

He still around or is that a doppelgänger pulling the tangerine terrorist’s strings and prosecuting the war against Ukraine?

Seems the First amendment is on the chopping block. You know separation of church and state and other such nonsense.

The Trump administration has ordered State Department employees to report on any instances of coworkers displaying “anti-Christian bias” as part of its effort to implement a sweeping new executive order on supporting employees of Christian faith working in the federal government.
The department, according to a copy of an internal cable obtained by POLITICO, will work with an administration-wide task force to collect information “involving anti-religious bias during the last presidential administration” and will collect examples of anti-Christian bias through anonymous employee report forms.
The cable was sent out to embassies around the world under Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s name. The instructions also were released in a department-wide notice.

The document says the task force, which was established by the executive order, will meet around April 22 to discuss its initial findings.
The cable encourages State Department employees to report on one another through a tip form that can be anonymous. “Reports should be as detailed as possible, including names, dates, locations (e.g. post or domestic office where the incident occurred,” the cable reads.

"I sold you, you sold me, under the spreading chestnut tree"
I suspect if this is successful, meaning that it's taken to the SCOTUS and they side with Trump, it will trickle down to all companies with any federal contracts, with private businesses with non federal contracts to follow.

It's certainly a good thing that these types of anonymous tip programs never get abused. Would be a real shame if they got flooded with nonsense and malarkey!

Tourism in the US will be mostly dead in a year. As more MAGA take roles in customs and border control, it's gonna just get nuts because those people are just not evolved. They are like @FelixDeCat, just racist, bigoted, xenophobic low IQ jingoists.

Relax. Take a deep breath. Everything is going to be fine.

The people visiting will not be here to stay illegally, that is all.

That reminds me to say another prayer that 2025 is the worst year of your life somehow. And that 2026 is somehow worse.

Sean Duffy: alleged Real Manly Man, too much of a little wussy to take the subway, can’t figure out how the dishwasher works, thinks water-efficient showerheads (which have been a thing morons have been complaining about since Bush Sr. signed legislation in 1992) are somehow Biden’s fault.

Lol! ... With Trillions of wealth disappearing from America on a monthly basis and these "turds" are complaining about the dish washer, faucets, showers and toilets.

These clowns (Just like stinky pants dear leader Trump) are telling on themselves that they don’t eat healthy diets, their digestive system is so fucked, and they’re having disgusting exploding shits that splatter all over the toilet seat, their asses and these nasty ass shits cling to the sides of the toilet bowl after they flush. So multiple flushes are needed!

Also, considering how notoriously awful Trump is when it comes to keeping up with maintenance on his properties, the water pressure at Trump Tower and Mar-a-Lago is probably terrible, and it can’t possibly be his fault, so he needs someone else to blame for why he can’t wash his beautiful fucking hair.

ID for a dildo? This seems really fucking stupid, but it’s apparently the important legislation that Texans are hankering for, so I'm unsurprised.

If a woman wants a plastic pal that that says nothing of importance, she can marry one like Ms. Paxton did.

Guns? As many as you want, in fact, the more the better.

Dildos? Careful now...

I was thinking, make the dildo into a gun, and you’d be okay, but then I thought about it some more, and yeah, “Be careful” is good advice.

We’ll have to make the magazines into dildos. Attach a dildo to the end of the magazine, and market it as a “Tactical hand grip that No Man would ever lose his grip on!”

And one more example of Republicans of the Lone Star State's stupidity. Or more accurately culture war bullshit to distract people from actual issues. But I guess that’s a never-ending supply they have to choose from these days. “FURRIES” Act my ass. Brainless garbage!

What a monumental waste of government time and effort. Are there no real issues to address in Texas, then, that they can spend legislative time on utter nonsense?

Yeah, that's not the way most of the rest of the world perceives it. Judging by the multiple reported cases of tourists enduring unpleasant ordeals, I would under no circumstances want to visit the US in the immediate future. It's clear there's a deeply xenophobic atmosphere in the US at the moment, especially among the immigration/border people (who in almost every country tend to be outliers in the hostility-to-foreigners stakes).

Fair enough. But if for some reason you change your mind and decide to visit I think you will be surprised its not as bad ("anti foreigner") as you think.

Listening to the Daily interview of Christopher Rufo. My main question is why are taxpayers giving so much money to high dollar universities? I guess the answer is research?

These people are clowns. Nothing wrong with water-saving fixtures that end up saving lots of water in aggregate for communities. Just don't buy shitty ones that base their original designs off the water-wasting ones.

Nope. The Republicans believe that non-citizens have no rights. Visiting the US under Republican rule is on par with visiting North Korea. Even Iran recognizes more rights for non-citizens than the current Republican regime.

Yes. Research is expensive and often a money loser so few for-profits are going to do it outside of their core business. University research is a foundation of our advancement as a society so of course dumb Trump and Magats label it woke because they hate intelligence (while happily using all the products and technologies) that came from that research.

America is quickly becoming Christo-fascist and universities are a big no-no for fascists
