Intel says employees must return to the office 4 days a week

Surprise, Surprise... Intel told employees that they will be required 4 days RTO yesterday. Tan even admits that the earlier hybrid policy wasn't being adhered to.

It is surely some amount of encouraging people to leave without being laid off... but well, you know...

They're already laying off an additional 20% of their employees, I don't think that the RTO is being done for even more additional layoffs.

O sheet, Apple lost the Epic games case. That'd be like a loss of multiple billions a quarter.

I would think the Supreme Court will eventually overturn it, but that's not guaranteed.
