This will give extra ammunition for Poilievre as he'll be better able to work with Trump. It might be hard for about a year but it should give him a good advantage. Once he wins things will be better. Just getting rid of the carbon tax alone is going to be a huge relief for everyone.
Glad to see the advantage Trump gave to Poilievre.

They didn't want to be 'Muricans.

Apparently living next door to them is bad enough!

Apparently having one Alberta is enough.

By the way, was up in BC this weekend and there were Canadian flags in the windows of tons of homes. I don't know if that's normal before an election, or if the nonsense coming from the US has sparked a higher-than-normal sense of patriotism.

Could have been worse. At least the it's only a minority government. So hopefully we can still block some of the really horrible bills the liberals have in store like the home equity tax and online censorship act. Doubt the carbon tax is going away though. Still ridiculous so many people voted to continue on the same path we've been heading on for the last 10 years, with the last 5 years being under advice of Carney and those were the worse years. Poilievre would have made such a good PM and turned this country around but we blew it.

At least you’ll still be able to enjoy the lower tax rate the liberals brought you.

Carbon tax is coming back just under a different name. Going to drive lot of industry jobs out of the country, and raise the cost of materials, which is already very high thanks to Trudeau's hyperinflation in the 2020 era. The home equity tax is going to also cost us a lot if it goes through, basically a federal property tax. The only thing the liberals will do is cost us more. There is also a car tax coming in 2026 that will drive the cost of cars up. They also plan to bring even more immigrants than before, all their stuff is paid for by tax dollars, and they plan to run an even bigger deficit. Eventually we all have to pay for this via higher taxes.

The only thing liberals know how to do is spend more and tax us more, and also tell us what to do and not do. Seems people love licking boots if they keep electing these scumbags.

Pierre couldn't even win his own seat. A seat he held since 2004. Now he is going to kick out a Conservative that won a seat so that the leader of the official opposition can run in a by-election so he can be in the Parliament.

It would be humiliating if he loses the by-election as well.

Wait I thought it was Biden's inflation in 2020?

All Biden had to do this whole time was blame Trudeau?

I mean you dumb shitty Nazi fucks are all the same. It had nothing to do with a once in a century pandemic that affected the global supply chain in ways never seen before. Blame everything but the reality so you can carry the water for the most evil political movements which you cherish.

You have to be happy that the people have spoken though, right?

You are just as dumb as MAGA's are, blaming Trudeau on inflation that was directly caused by the pandemic WORLD WIDE. The very fact that you start off making that claim, shows you are not someone to listen to when it comes to the economy.
