I hinted in my previous post that I voted for LIB more because of "lesser of two evils" reasons than because I'm enthusiastic about Carney. I don't like their budget plan, there's always a "crisis of the day" and LIB have only one arrow in their quiver - more taxes, even more govt spending and ever growing debt. E.g. I would regret my vote if they bring back capital inclusion rate hike.I don't at all. What would you really worry about Carney doing?
If the Liberals had a majority, PP might have decided to go away. Instead I have to listen to him try to bring down the government for the next X years until he succeeds, when we should be focusing on the very grave threat from Trump.
If there was ever a time to not have a minority government, this was it.
