And the neat part is, we don't have to prove in any way that they're murderers or other criminals, we just get to deport them based on vibes, social media, or extremely poorly done photoshops! To a prison in a country they didn't come from! That prides itself on being a shithole where people never walk free again!

SCOTUS just ruled 7-2 against Trump, blocking him from using the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport Venezuelan immigrants without due process.

We’ll see if he just does what he wants anyway.

It is hilarious to me that whiny paranoid people think this is what they need to focus on instead of how being a whiny parnoid fvck interferes with their life otherwise then they need to blame someone for their deficiencies.

Deportation, yes it's flawed, there is always going to be an error rate that needs more scrutiny but it needs to happen.

I want legal immigrants. Legal.

Otherwise I'm at the point where the illegals are ridiculous.

Any judge that in any way hinders removing illegal aliens is a criminal of the state that should be tried for treason. No more BS games. Get it done. There is a legal way to enter the US and I even want the standard for that lowered, but all these leeches, send them back.

If your bleeding heart has a problem with that, then they can live in your home. Set up an underground railroad. It's been done before. Let me know how that works out.

Making up lies and pushing false narratives to distill fear into people, trying to make immigrants (legal and undocumented ones) the boogyman. You talk about wanting legal immgrations, yet you keep your pie hole shut as Trump removes many legal immigrant legal status with no warning and deports them. You also keep your pie hole shut as our constitution is igrored as people are being deported without due process. How are judges hindering removing illegal aliens by enforcing the constitution and the rights it guarantees?

You know, instead of typing all that bullshit you just typed, you could have just said "To Hell with the Constitution!" I wouild have saved you time. Because that is what you are saying.
