So for goods imported from China (I think current tariff is 30%) Walmart would have to sell at a loss to to meet Trump's demand.
In effect Trump wants to place a 30% tax on all retailers (who sell China goods) 'cept instead of the tax being on profts it would be on revenue and would drive just about every retailer out of business presuming retailers sold only goods from China and tariff remains 30%.
