I'm almost afraid to ask what that is.There is a silver lining to a King Trump though....
Wait a minute. He isn't wrong. The SC has no enforcement mechanism over the president as far as I'm aware. At least not any enforcement mechanism that Trump would care about, I guess.
Not to the president, no. The SC could order someone that Trump ordered to do a thing, to do the opposite thing, and hold them accountable in theory, but Trump could just pardon them and go on about his day. This is one of the many constitutional crisis that we may be facing.Wait a minute.
If even a municipal traffic court judge can say "Bailiff, take that man into custody." Surely there has to be something that the Supreme Court can do.
I was getting at : Kings dont lose elections, they lose something else........Are we headed to mayhem?
There is a silver lining to a King Trump though....
I guess that would be the very definition of a silver lining. Not really. Guillotines work on pretty much everyone.
crimson lining?I guess that would be the very definition of a silver lining.
Drop it across Trump’s ass and we could take half of Congress, two thirds of the Supreme Court, and most of America’s billionaires with him.
Trump will be the last President of the United States.Ask yourself, why would they give the President such immense power when a Democrat president could one day also wield it?
Oh yeah.
What makes you think this court wouldn't reverse themselves if a Dem wins in 2028.Ask yourself, why would they give the President such immense power when a Democrat president could one day also wield it?
Oh yeah.
And USA goes full Yugoslavia with 5 countries divided themselvesTrump will be the last President of the United States.
