Question 500W Power Supply enough for a Ryzen 7 7800X3D system without a dedicated GPU?

Is it? It's a PowerSpec 500W with up to 450W on the 12V rail.

Is it enough, yes, but without knowing the model #, and possibly even if I did, their bronze units appear to be a mediocre performing PSU with group regulation and I wouldn't want to push it by adding a > 100W video card later, which it would probably still run, but you might not get many years out of that build if actually used for gaming, while a 120W video card that's not gaming, isn't much more of a load at all.

It does seem like a bit of a mis-match, to build a system with a $350+ CPU then use what is probably only a $60 PSU.

If it already has more than a couple years use on it, I would just get something else to start out with.

I already had a spare power supply pulled out from a secondary system I used to have and sold most of the parts from that system individually and I recently upgraded my primary system to a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and that's how I came out with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D with a 500W power supply in current secondary system. The 500w power supply came from a system with an i5-12400 without a dedicated GPU and I thought it would be fine for a 7800X3D without a dedicated GPU, according to this: https://www.newegg.com/tools/power-supply-calculator

I could remove the 850W power supply from my primary system and install it on my secondary system and buy a 1000W power supply for my primary system and sell the 500 watt power supply but I don't think I will get much for my 500w power supply and probably it's not necessary and I don't want to spend more money if I'm fine with the 850w on my primary system and 500w on my secondary system.

If your secondary system isn't running so many hours, then if it works at first, then it's probably fine for X # of years. I just can't predict the value of X.

Does it have enough CPU power connectors?

While I would be surprised if my 7800X3D needs all the power connectors that my B650 board has (the standard EPS12V and an extra 4-pin CPU power connector), I've seen the occasional board refuse to boot without all the power connectors connected (an ASRock Ivy Bridge board springs to mind).
