If the Dems have another trifecta in my lifetime the first job should be adding 8 seats to the court. Second job is forcing retirements of long sitting justices and imposing a system to select rotating replacements from the existing federal judiciary while imposing a mandatory retirement age on all US federal judges.
First thing would need to be addressing citizens united. But all of the above is great as well.
