One psychological phenomenon I feel confident is true is that nobody heals emotionally without experiencing and recognizing first they are actually sick, sick of heart included. But any admission of sickness is a death sentence. Only the weak and worthless, we were forcefully made to believe, are the ones who are sick. That leaves the only option to re-experiencing the misery we are in while keeping consciousness awareness of it at bay is to recreate the past in the present, unconsciously. And the result is the world you see. i
Sadly. of course, this plan will not work. The misery we create in the world is real and not the product of but the nightmare itself. Only by re-experiencing and remembering the actual past and our real feelings of pain, seeing them from a presend day perspective can we know the truth that what we believe, our so real but hidden feelings of self hate were noting but inculcated lies and that we are fools to run from them.
As pain demands awakening for relief, relief requires pain to experience. In this way many a sleeper will awaken. May your needs to find the heart's desire increase.
