No surprise, they were never against the expense just that it wasn't defending their masters. Israel effectively commands the Republican party. Another reason that party is doomed electorally. Israel and their actions in Palestine are not popular with Americans under 30.
They aren't popular in my 50's demographic either

Lazy and dishonest as always cyka. Late too, I already broke that news in this thread.

But actually, no one cares about Iran. Look at Putin leave their asses high and dry haha. How do you say abandonment in Farsi I wonder... 2nd major state ally lost in as many years, and with Ukraine having gutted his military and economy there is fuck all he can do about it.

Kinda like you, here, when you get facts pounded up your ass then run away for awhile. Just keeps happening, nothing you can do about it

My own perception of them over the years has drifted from a somewhat problematic ally to rogue state that's becoming just as bad as the people they are fighting. Especially Netanyahu and the hardliners. Bibi and the Ayatollah going at it is one of those fights I wish both sides to lose. My preference would be to stop arming the IDF and let them figure it out on their own from now on.

Funny the US lost a 20 year ‘conventional’ war in Afghanistan and we’re just humiliated in the Red Sea by the poorest country in the Middle East, and they’re losing another one in Ukraine.

They were also kicked out of Niger last year.

Lots of losing lately from the ‘strongest’ military in the planet. Or maybe, just maybe they’re not that strong and you’ve been propagandized to believe that…

I mean, a trillion dollar military budget and can’t even get air superiority over fucking Yemen.

No usable hypersonic, combat tested missiles either. Russia of course, has had them for years now.

Difficulties recruiting for the armed forces as well. I get it, the minute you join the US military you get sent to some 3rd world country to go bomb people that haven’t done anything to us.

Meanwhile the Russians are recruiting 60k a month…

And yet despite all of this, they want to bail on Ukraine and instead want to pivot to taking on China and Iran…Delusional.
You are correct that after losing the conventional war very quickly that Russia might do better with an insurgency against the occupying American troops.

Nice little boon there yeah. If AFU takes out the Yelabuga drone factory, where some Gerans and parts are made, pretty sure that would mean a precipitous drop in Shahed style drone attacks everywhere, maybe even full stop. The supply chain for those things is already beat to hell.

And right about when Ukraine is bringing their own ballistic missiles online...heh

*cough*

Oh look. There's a fire in Yelabuga.

More hypersonic missiles headed towards Ukraine:

We also saw footage of Iran using hypersonic missiles a few days ago.

Meanwhile here in the USA, we’re still in the ‘testing’ phase.

Why don’t they just call Russia for help? They’ve had them for nearly 8 years now.
You probably know this, but the USA wasn't putting in effort to field one for a long time as they didn't see a role for it.

Meanwhile the fields that the USA is ahead of Russia are better summarized by the list of things they aren't behind in. If you can add anything to hypersonics and stupid doomsday nuclear weapons I'd be surprised.

Really hypersonic

Eyeroll

The USA had a missle the AIM 54c which had the speed of a hypersonic…. And it was fired from a F14. Like about 4 decades ago

Also. Weird you never commented on the F16 shooting down a SU35 in Russian territory…

But hopefully this will give the F16s more target practice

More drones heading towards Russia. More weapons production and oil infrastructure on fire in Russia. Too bad about Yelabuga though, no? Meanwhile Russia aims for population centers, still trying to rack up crimes against humanity.

Poor cyka, forever playing catch up aren't you? America didn't prioritize hypersonics, because we didn't need an expensive crutch like Russia did. But we've made them anyway, and unlike the gamble that is clunky Russian missile tech, our stuff is much more advanced. Takes up less space, can be carried internally. Quite a different animal than a reused, trimmed ICBM slung under a Mig31.

As such a fan of hypersonic weapons, do you have the ability to admit that making them low cost, modular, non proprietary and scalable for salvos is superior to the dated, less flexible and cost effective 'one at a time because it's fucking big' manner of use? Reminder, your beloved Russian hypersonics are shot down by 20+ year old Patriot systems.

Wat. Who would call Russia for help, with anything military? Israel has done in 2 days what Russia couldn't acheive in 3.5 years. That'd be like asking an incel for dating tips, or you for a history lesson.

LOL they have been trying to get the technology working for 20 years. They still can’t.

And to say they have not put ‘effort into it’ because they didn’t see a ‘role for it’ is pure copium.

The Russians and Iranians have missiles that are basically unstoppable, but SOMEHOW the US didn’t think the important enough to have the same capabilities?

😂

And if the US didn’t see a role for them, what exactly has changed that has gotten them trying(and failing) to get them working these days? Probably doesn’t have anything to do with China/Iran/Russia having access to them right?

Stop coping bud. Truth is they just don’t have the expertise and should just ask to buy some from Putin. He may be able to sell us a few if we ask him nicely.

Friendly reminder that this liar is not American.

Also American weapons in the “testing phase” (lmao) are better than fielded broken Russian garbage.

Ukraine is probably right that over the last 10 or so years, Russia has really tried to change hearts and minds of all countries around the world with its propaganda war.

This guy is the equivalent of Baghdad Bob!
