Is the Trump administration telling the truth about the intelligence on Iran before and after the bombing?

We’ve all heard the public claims by this administration on Iran Now we judge. Do you think they are telling the truth?

Let’s vote and discuss the ramifications because this is a very serious issue.

it's Iran not Iraq and you should make it a multi answer poll, because they lied before and after.
I posted @HomerJS the same thing about other thread they started suggesting it be edited. It was not. Dunno, kind of thick headed there.

I'm not voting. What's obvious is that nobody in the Trump administration is into telling the truth whatsoever in any circumstances about anything of consequence. That's a condition of their being hired.

"Is the Trump administration telling the truth" answer is always no, no matter the subject. Even on the rare occasion they have a factual statistic they are only using it to lie to you.

No to both. Their "evidence" was staged video of a test/demo event showing a detonation at like ~30ft max.

And they won't answer anything about the obvious evacuation of all the HEU that was plainly visible on commercial satellite images.

LT Whiskey-leaks televised tantrum provided nothing. Except that he likes vodka early in the AM.

Not voting. They lie so much that I don't believe anything they say, true or not. I don't think that even they believe any of their own crap.

edit: okay - now that we can vote no for both, I have done so.

The administration isn’t even consistent about the number of bombs dropped. If you can’t count bombs how can they be trusted for anything?

For me the "attack" was a BIG failure and even Israel considered a better bet to nuke it.

Seems that Trump will leave Israel alone if they attack Iran for real.

This is all because Trump has to spike the ball on the 20 yard line, because he is in essence maybe a 10 year old emotionally. It was impossible for him to make any kind of accurate statement about how much damage was done at the time he used the term obliterated. Now nobody can clean the mess up without it looking like they are hiding something because they can't contradict the Stable Genius, Lying? 90% of what comes out of this admin is a lie anyway, What's all the consternation about lying NOW!

I am in no position to vet the Intel. To make an honest determination for answering the poll.
But like you said, it is the policy of MAGA to lie for Dear Leader. To make up whatever they think he wants to hear.
Anyone who does not do this is punished. Reality and objective truth are the enemy of MAGA.

So the poll is a bit beside the point. America's Nazi movement is pure evil. It is antithetical to the truth, and so it is irrelevant whether or not any particular facet is chanced upon to be true or not. For it is their modus operandi that is the problem.

Let’s vote and discuss the ramifications because this is a very serious issue.
The consequences of "fake news" have been all too serious and all too real for quite some time now.
It lead MAGA into calling our very Democracy fake. To falsely contest the 2020 election. To incite violence and insurrection on Jan 6th.
And that is still just the beginning.

Their lies are, in fact, the unmaking of America. The killing blow to our Democracy. That is the threat. Everything else of consequence stems from that.

Recent fiction may be quoted for a teachable moment for where we now stand, today.
I stand this morning with a difficult message.
I believe we are in crisis.
The distance between what is said and what is known to be true has become an abyss.
Of all the things at risk, the loss of an objective reality is perhaps the most dangerous.
The death of truth is the ultimate victory of evil.
When truth leaves us, when we let it slip away, when it is ripped from our hands, we become vulnerable to the appetite of whatever monster screams the loudest.

Now, if I were to cast aside all objectivity and merely guess...
I would wager that Iran has both the motive and the means to complete their enrichment program.
Which, at that scale, I believe it could only be a nuclear weapons program.

Intel that disagrees with that "gut feeling" will be difficult to believe.

We established our National Security Intelligence apparatus under a pall of common-sense and dire necessity. Despite the errors and occasional excesses of those institutions, and given that they have been administered with an army of non-partisan career civil servants, I would rather trust them to provide accurate intelligence than a Criminal Regime which lies, dissembles, and equivocates at every turn.

Furthermore: as a retiree "getting on" in years, who owns his home outright and covers all of his personal expenses, I have watched this Criminal-in-Chief from the beginning -- now about ten years. He was telling ridiculous lies before and during the first month of his first presidency. This has led me now to a personal policy that governs my understanding and all decisions about the Criminal.

There is no good to come of any -- ANY -- trust placed in the Criminal Presidency, and it is probably sensible to dismiss ANYTHING he says, in public or through his henchmen -- as completely unreliable.

If Trump told me that bad weather was coming with a blizzard snowstorm, I'd change into my speedo swimsuit, get out my beach canopy and prepare for a hot and sunny day. More generally and otherwise, I SPIT on HIM, his SUPPORTERS, and his ILLEGITIMATE PRESIDENCY.

It's still a mystery to me that the media would give Trump the time to control the narrative with outright lies and fabrications when we all know it's a very rare occasion when he's actually telling the truth. It's like giving him free air time to tell tall tales of his taking credit for anything and everything he's had anything to do with or not.

He's a pathological glory grabber of the highest order to the point where he's had to make shit up out of thin air about his John Wayne-ish derring-do and embellish it all with quips of grandeur and dramatic jaw dropping, perplexing outlandish overkill. He sells it and millions of admiring buffoons are buying it out of desperate wishful thinking.

I could act and behave the exact same way he does and get confined to a looney bin straight away and get pumped full of intravenously administered jolly juice to reduce my threat to society. Yet that guy, yeah, that guy makes it all seem so normal.

They've all caved except MSNBC.
