Why not buy a junkyard A/C compressor, a rebuild kit and rebuild it on your kitchen table? You could take it a step further and buy your own A/C vacuum pump for a hundred bucks and do your own swap.

In SoCal people are driving the same as always. As bad as that has always been, it isn't any worse. It's possible y'all are just seeing what you want to see. Or, maybe the rarified air up on those pedestals you have built for yourselves is affecting your perception.

That article is just another scare piece by CNN. The hair dresser, who was either symptomatic or asymptomatic, was masked as were all the people he/she/it came in contact with. Nobody knows at this time whether anyone became infected due to encountering the hair dresser. Maybe they will all die...
I think the next stimulus should come with a list of companies you can do business with along with a comprehensive list of products you are allowed to spend your money on. A panel of progressives with overinflated egos should comprise a panel that determines which businesses and products.
