I have 3900X cpu with 4090 and the PS is the same Corsair RM850x.
I set power limit for 300w for GPU giving much than 90% of its performance and no problem gaming on 4k monitor for max. gaming setting.

Recently I buy an RTX 4090 about one week ago.
I Asking about compatibility as bottle nick of the GPU with other components.
The system components as below :
- Case : Cooler master H500M
- MB: MSI X470 carbon pro.
- CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X
- RAM: 64 GB 3200 but worked as 2400 I don't...

I get Asus rog strix 3080 12 gb oc and it perform better than zotac 3080 ti in cooling , FPS and VRAM usage when playing Far Cry 6 at 4k ultra.
At 230 watt for the two cards
Zotac : 71 gpu temp. 81 Memory...
Ryzen 5500 have 6c/12threads which is better than i5 in multithreads applications and draw less power meaning long battery life. So, now you can decide.

I'd like to buy future proof GPU.
Now I had Zotac RTX 3080ti halo but I think it has low quality card and its memory run hot up to 88 and hot spot also reach to 88 C.
I think to replace it with Asus rog 3080 12 GB which is high quality and cute GPU and sealing my Zotac one.
