What case?
They have small tower coolers that could potentially be a fit.. such as the Thermalright Silver Soul 110. (and this one is less than $30 US dollars)

Assuming, as most likely always been the case where the 450 chipset can do PCI-e 4.0, its just neutered to the GPU/M.2 slots, etc..
Contrary to what you believe.. its rough out there for middle class. Inflation hasn't subsided one bit.. groceries and everyday living expenses are sucking most people dry.

These non-xt 6800's look to be the real deal. It is substantially more powerful than the 6750 XT, and with less power draw.
So tempted to grab one, and put the 6750 XT in the closet for a backup
A Windows client will check in this order:
1. Hosts file
2. DNS resolver cache ( if still cached and ttl not expired)
3. DNS servers, configured in the TCP/IP settings.
To add: m-atx boards are not much different than full atx boards... just a couple inches less in physical dimensions and a slot or two less for PCIe slots... maybe 4 sata ports versus 6..etc..
