If this is true, I might have to pickup some of these Jew dogs. I have not eatin ground meat in the form of hotdogs since I read The Jungle about 5 years ago. This maybe just what I am after.

Judging from the diagram, the lips would be Kosher, but the assho1e would not. Makes sense.

Speaking frankly,it warms my buns to see good quality in the Hebrew Nationals. Just hope they can cut the mustard. I do relish the thought of getting some.

Warning: while Hebrew National hotdogs mostly likely follow the kosher laws, they are not "certified kosher" by any respected organization. As such, most Jews who "keep kosher" do not eat Hebrew National hotdogs. IMHO, HN's whole "kosher" thing is mostly a marketing gimmick directed toward people who don't "keep kosher".

Hebrew National "upgraded" their kosher supervision last year to the "Triangle-K", which is more accepted than their previous kosher supervision. I think that it is wrong to claim "they are not "certified kosher" by any respected organization". The HN website even has a video of Rabbi Aryeh Ralbag, who certifies their products as kosher.

Either way, the coupon is a good deal for HN hot dogs. Anyone who "keeps kosher" will either buy or not buy based on their kosher preferences, regardless of the coupon.

Being strictly kosher isn't important to most people. As long as they aren't made from the same bits as normal hot dogs is what matters. Once you know what they throw into the typical hot dog, you quickly lose your appetite for them.

I also agree with those who think the name sounds too much like a group of people. If Jews eat kosher, does that mean it's kosher to eat them?
