I did a little over 7 today with hills. I hate running late at night (it's scary near campus!).

Did a 20 miler today. Supposed to do 22 but my left foot was killing me after I stopped for a quick walk break. Have to say, have never had a better 18+ mile run...if not for my foot this would have been a great marathon run. (Still had a ton of energy)

Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... don't waste them on exercise. Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your heart will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the life of your car by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a nap.
