Began a new running routine today. 5 weekdays, 5 miles per day. Then a long run on the weekend. Slow buildup to 70 miles per week eventually. So 5 miles today.

BTW, Mega, 70mpw? That's a sick goal! Just be smart about it and you'll do it. If you see the same improvements that I did with high mileage you'll be running like a Kenyan in no time!

4 today for me, quick. Starting to focus on shorter distances with an increase of speed. I'll probably be doing 30-35mpw for the summer with my pace runs hopefully approaching 6mi @5:20.

If I handle that I'll start rebuilding my base for Boston with more speed under me.
