Sorry, but it was more of the same today. And you guys should have seen the effing amazing female triathletes out team practicing this morning. Holy shit. Anyways I got just over 7 done today, recovering well from last weekend's race.

Too tried from shoveling to run yesterday which would have been on a treadmill. Going to go out in a little bit to snowshoe and I'll see what the running/bike paths are like along the river. They usually get cleared very well but not sure if they're done yet. No long run for me this weekend.
