I'm giving it to the ninjas, assuming that the pirates and ninjas aren't on separate ships. If that's the case, the ninjas are screwed.

Ninjas are the anti-cool. They wear all black, don't talk, and spend most of their time hiding in trees. However, pirates drink beer, loot, pillage, and plunder.
