I have sickly oc'ed P4 rigs w/ 300-350w Antec, Enermax psu without a hitch.
But again, this is my first AMD venture.

He's right, not flaming. The cheaper X800XL would be a better value. Sell them on eBay and pick up a better card.
I think you'd probably very fine with a quality 400W PSU tho.

I ran a Winnie 3000+ with a 6600gt on a 250antec. I can't imagine it needing an Antec higher than 400watts though, ask one of the Beta testers to be sure though .
