NEZ was apparently ranked #1 or #2 on Seti at one point. https://www.seeker.com/man-looks-for-aliens-loses-job-1764746229.html
One of our very own, a member of TeAm Anandtech was also in the news for it - http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/1782050.stmAs I recall, someone famously lost their job because they installed, Seti I think, on Company computers.
Good idea. I removed it.Maybe borging should be deprecated from Sid's rules...
This Shall Not Pass! ???Thanks for the stats @biodoc
BTW, thats a 2.6% lead, out of almost a billion points for each team. Looks pretty even to me.
Ok, if @Markfw agrees, I'll finalize the teams.Looks like the teams are closely matched at this point.
Personally I think it should be spelt without an h.I believe it means to fold on a computer that is owned by someone else with or without their permission or knowledge. I strongly recommend you get their permission of course. Maybe @petrusbroder knows the etimology (swedish?) of the word. Perhaps it's related to the borg (prepare for assimilation. resistance is futile)
Yes I remember!Looks like the teams are closely matched at this point. We are behind in part because I paused my rigs when I went out of town for a short trip. Sorry about that, but I don’t like to leave them going full blast with me gone for extended periods. The dog is not good with computers. (@Assimilator1 has his gerbils, I have my dog.)
We still have a way to go, and hopefully we can work our way back into contention.
More, More, More...... (for the old timers that remember Engineer.)
He's come close to 100 PPD but hasn't made it. https://folding.extremeoverclocking.com/user_summary.php?s=&u=90506Pokey is running about 100-105 average.
Not meant that way. Mine seem more level, not that it means anything. You guys do whatever you want. I don't care anymore."Dump?" That's usually a term reserved for bunkering.

The dog hasn't learnt how to use the mouse?
I will continue to the end. With the same ppd as before (unless more outlets burn out or breakers blow)This is to what I aspire:
I don't always succeed, but I'll never stop trying.
And so far, I will remain in Mark's Marauders near the ppd I said would do.
I hope time will provide some perspective on what has been said.
At 69 years old, lets just say I am retiring from competition.
I won't give up crunching. I will just do my thing. And I will not try to contribute to any competitions.Your service to the TeAm, and the DC community in general is ever so appreciated. You have certainly set a high bar for others to aspire to!!!!
That said, Pfffft, you're too competitive to give it up. (I hope)
Love ya bud.
