MS probably offers more stability, but I'm just speaking from an outsider's perspective.

Are you really looking for advice or just bragging?

I voted HP. I don't want you trying to sell me MS crap.

It's your decision. Which company did you enjoy interviewing with more? Don't go just for the name.

When I went for the interview 5 MS people interviewed me at once and it was a challenge.
AT HP, it was 4 managers but they took turns to interview me, not all at once. I think HP has a more "family" feeling.

If you want the more "family" feeling, then you made your pick. If that is not your main interest, then think about all teh things you liked and disliked. List them all and check to see if there is anything that really stood out that is a major pro or con. That should really help your decision.

Which position intersted you more. Don't even think about the names of the major companies are involved.

I chose MS but then read your post about position details. Go for HP....offers more job training than creating colored charts for marketing promotions type of work.

ok.

btw: my gf got a job at Deloitte and she is currently working there part time while she is doing an actual coop at another accounting firm. She took the job without even knowing that they were one of teh big 4 accounting firms . From what she told me, however, you are not really missing much by not working there.

And the HP position does sound more helpful for your career goals.
