2 cable modems & 1 ip

Currently i have 1 cable modem and 1 IP address running for my computer. I just found out that my brother has another cable modem that he's not using. I was wondering if it was possible to actually run both cable modems so i could use 1 modem for my computer and the other for another computer or maybe an Xbox?

No.

Each box must have a unique IP address to be on at the same time.

Also, you need to tell the ISP what the MAC ID of the modem is, or it won't get a signal. I'm not sure if this is true with every ISP, but with Suburban@Home (bought out by Comcast) and Comcast, it's true.
