?1 (number one):
Is it possible to have a certain cell from a certain Excel spreadsheet's contents be displayed when an option is chosen from something like a dropdown menu? e.g. A user selects an item that we sell with a certain option and when they choose that option the price for it on a cell in an Excel spreadsheet comes up?

?2 (number two):
I'm just tinkering around in Dreamweaver and was wondering if it is possible to have a mouseover command on a JPEG image to have it rollover to become a HTML I was able to save optimized as in ImageReady? I mostly just want to be able to make the slices linked. I'm using MX 2004. If this is possible, how?

If you want to be doing high tech things that hardly anyone's ever tried to do before, you're going to have towrite your code yourself, dreamweaver likely isn't going to be able to do it for you.
