No, full duplex is something completely different. Let me make an analogy:
half duplex: like a walkie-talkie. Only one person (computer) can talk at a time
full duplex: like a telephone. Two people can talk and be heard at the same time
Assuming you have resonably modern network card& hub/switch your machines will probably automatically use full duplex.
Combining two nics is called channel bonding, and you have to have OS/software/network hardware that will support it (you probably don't).
