I tried to place an order from them about six months ago. Their site kept refusing my billing information, saying it did not match the info. on file for my card, and asking me to resubmit. I tried a few more times using different punctuation and then wound up copying the information verbatim from my billing statement. Well, apparently the order had in fact gone through - five times. It took me around two hours on the phone with them to get the charges off, during which time they suggested that the error was entirely my fault. Since my shopping cart had never emptied, and their site continually asked me to resubmit my billing information, I found this a little hard to swallow. Needless to say, I wound up cancelling the order, and wouldn't consider ordering from them in the future. YMMV, but I found their customer support to be severely lacking.
