He was a rapist??? Hmm news to me. I don't even remember him going to jail for rape and being labeled a sex offender. Did he ever get convicted??? I'm not a Kobe lover but calling someone something that wasn't even proven is just stupid to me. Especially if it's something as bad as a sex offender. So what, he had sex while married. How many other loved players did that? Michael Jordan? Magic Johnson? The list goes on. I could care less what someone does off the court. As long as they don't physically injure someone (kill, shoot, assault, etc), on the court is what matters and that's my gripe with Kobe but he did get it done tonight though.

Kobe's playing stronger than I've ever seen him. Granted he's the game's best closer, but he's a helluva lot more than that. And as cliche as it is, he leaves it all on the floor. I loved melo's energy and determination too, but this series showed why kobe's clearly in another league than he is.
