lakers got this i think. dwight will have to keep tabs on gasol and and maybe bynum, depending on how he's playing, and he will get into foul trouble if he's being too aggressive trying to guard them. pietrus on kobe will be interesting to watch as well as odom vs. lewis when they're both out there. i figure kobe will take hedo if hedo gets it going.

"Air France" will probably guard Kobe towards the end. He will play in place of Lee when it matters the most.

He outscored Cleveland's bench by himself the entire series.

Should the cavs look to sign Ray Allen when he becomes a free agent at the end of next year? He can provide a shooting touch to complement james.

Honestly, the Cavs were the most overrated team this year. Lakers would have steamrolled past them if they played properly. Celtics with a healthy garnett would have done likewise. Hell, even the nuggets would probably beat them.

LBJ is good but his team sucks. And Mike Brown was always one of the worst coaches in this league. I'm glad this series has shown him to be a farce. Can't wait for the cavs to dump his sorry ass. Bring back Avery Johnson I say :beer:

Hail NO on Ray Allen. He's too expensive for being too old, inconsistent, injury prone (bad ankles), and crappy on defense.

I totally agree Brown is a farce (as I've harped before). Avery Johnson is a good suggestion, altho I'd probably prefer jeff van gundy (lord help the cavs not to replace brown with doug collins, lol). If they don't get rid of Brown soon, he's going to destroy James' durability and longevity in the league.

Iirc, Brown wouldn't be the first coach of the year to be fired(?)

Actually i watch football mostly (and some MMA). The 'violence' there is justified and part of the game. But even then, players get ejected for striking the other team like that in football

Kobe is a little cheapshotting bitch and the NBA lets him get away with it. If it was part of the game and if refs would actually call fouls and eject kobe like they do other players, then i'd have no problem with it.

Oh please, it's the luck of the draw when the NBA actually sanctions him. He didn't even get a slap on the wrist when he elbowed bibby 2 or 3 times during the 2002 series and they called the foul on BIBBY on one of those!
