If you like old school 8-bit/16-bit era RPGS yes. It's kinda humorous as well. It is short but there are actually 2 games in that pack and worth a couple dollars.\

I find it interesting that they have Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines there now.

Vampire The Masquerade Bloodlines at $5 is a must-buy for any RPG player.

I've only played the demo of Painkiller, but it was a fun Doom I-II -ish horror-themed shooter, it's been on my to-buy list for ages.

On first glance - the DS pack intrigues me the most. I've played DS on the PS3 and thought it was pretty good. Maybe the stupid turret part is easier on the PC.

I've heard about the mouse issues, but also that they're fixable.

Ghostbusters looks decent as well.

If anyone's looking for something truly horrifying to play for Halloween, buy these games, and play them in this order:

Penumbra: Overture
Penumbra: Black Plague
Amnesia: The Dark Descent

There you have it. Three of the best horror/adventure games ever.

If you can only choose one, then choose Amnesia, as it's considered to be the new standard for the scariest game ever made.

Also, many people call FEAR a horror game, but really it's an FPS with horror elements tacked on. That's ok though, because FEAR remains one of the best damn shooters I've played. So I recommend that one too.

Some of the most immersive and brutal games ever made, so yes. And be sure to use the "complete" mods (google STALKER complete, they're pretty easy to download and install).

Oh, and while we're talking about fantastic FPS games, I see Painkiller: Black Edition is on there too. It's more of an oldschool fast-paced run 'n' gun type of shooter, but it's probably the best in its class, right up there with Serious Sam and the like. Edit: If you're purchasing Painkiller, DO NOT get the Complete Pack. Save yourself the $2.50 and just get the Black Edition. The licensed "sequels" they made recently are actually pretty crappy.

Resident Evil 5 is a great game IMO; not as memorable as RE4, but it has the exact same gameplay mechanics and tension. If you enjoyed the hell out of RE4 as much as I did when it came out on Gamecube/PS2, then you owe it to yourself to play RE5.

Zombie Driver is disappointing and doesn't really live up to it's potential. Avoid that one.

Plants vs. Zombies is already worth $10, so for only $5, there's really no question. Definitely get it.

Painkiller is basically single player Quake 3 with a hell theme. I made the mistake of buying Redemption and it turned me off to the entire series. But people gush about the original all the time, so I won't dissuade anyone from buying it. I'll just say, anyone who is interested in the game, ONLY get Black Edition, NOTHING ELSE. All the other games suck.

Updated my post. No, avoid buying Redemption and Resurrection. ONLY get Black Edition, which comes with the original game, and the Battle Out of Hell expansion. They licensed out those sequels to some different developers and they turned out to be shit compared to the original.
