Seems like more of an emotional rant than a "review". Lots of nostalgia for a vehicle unbelievably crude by today's standards for the way 99% of people use their "SUV". That said, not sure the point of it, since they already have the Equinox.Jalops didn't care for it:

Sadly not wrong.I think folks should think of the Blazer as the Impala replacement in the showroom.
Chevy Blazer.
For the buyer who was going to pull the trigger on the Equinox but then they dropped the 3.6 option.
Chevy Blazer.
For the buyer who was going to pull the trigger on the Equinox but they have decided they needed a little more towing capacity but the Traverse is overkill.
Chevy Blazer.
For the buyer who isn't into cars and wants a CUV thingee and went with their friend to a GM dealership and saw a pretty one on the showroom floor and the salesman talked them into it.
Chevy Blazer.
Cuz eeerrrrbawdy has white or silver Equinox and you would be the first with a fawncy Red Equinox with a Nissan-Lexus appearance package and a new transmission.
I THINK A 1979 BLAZER LOOKS BETTER. THE FRAME IS WEAK ON THOSE MODEL YEAR HALF TON TRUCKS THOUGH. THE POINT OF GETTING A HALF TON WAS THAT YOU WANTED SOMETHING THAT LOOKED LIKE A TRUCK BUT YOU WERE NOT INTERESTED IN DOING MUCH HAULING SO THEY MADE A WEAK TRUCK FOR YOU.
