Yes, it is truly over. The military had to step in announcing they are not nor will be involved with deciding elections. At every point institution’s are stepping up to put a halt to this Trump nonsense. We had the military, the courts, the US Supreme Court, governors, attorney generals, one after another. They are indeed sending a firm message to Donald Trump that it’s truly positively over.

I imagine Adolf Hitler at the end of WWll, confined to his bunker surrounded by the last of his loyalists. Were they also advising Adolf Hitler to hang in there? To never give up? Coming up with desperate schemes to turn a loss into a win like with sending in children to take up arms and to confront the enemy? Children, women, the elderly, the sick? Is this where we are with Donald Trump, his final hour desperation with his calling in the Flynn’s, the Giuliani’s, and that crazy lady lawyer I can’t remember her name and it’s not worth looking it up? Is this the Adolf Hitler phase of Donald Trump?

Donald is living in his private little world of reality where nothing is real. And there are people still willing to go along with Trump and willing to humor Trump but sadly for Donald Trump he can’t even see that all of them surrounding him are only using Trump. They all want something from Donald Trump in return for their loyalty and Donald can’t even see it. As we can see, it’s really hard for wealthy privileged entitled people to accept failure and to admit defeat. Back in the days of the Great Depression of 1929 these wealthy privileged powerful people ended up jumping out of windows or putting a gun to their head. An option I would also consider for Donald Trump. I wonder... is it possible for a president get onto the Whitehouse roof?

it was concerning Trump and Flynn enacting martial law, followed by a military spokesman reminding that the US military are not in the business of deciding elections. Do you really need a link? The events of the last two months are simply heartbreaking to me as an American citizen.

A massive cyber attack on our core institutions. Government failing, again, to help the people who are in dire economic straits from the pandemic. The outgoing admin failing to grasp reality and continuing to stoke the flames of division.

I mean, it's like watching out country collapse in slow motion and it utterly pains me to my core.

At least we have a vaccine going out, I guess.
