When did they sent this 12% coupon? I probably deleted mine. I could never buy anything from BB.

The $219.99 is the 22W3, and is a fantastic display for the price.

YMMV on the 10% / 12%, might need to get a manager to approve it.

$219 instantly. There's a 12% OFF coupon they sent out in an email i think which would bring it down to $193.

EDIT: just realized this is a newer model number. Looks like they removed all the inputs except for VGA and DVI, thus making it cheaper.

I paid $200 last black friday for the older model, and it has served me well.

Same...mine has served me well also..and I would have no hesitation buying another Westy monitor/TV

i was working at best buy on black friday and was so bummed we ran out of these. then almost screamed when i watched a guy bring one back saying it didn't work and was insistant on just getting his money back. which meant i could then instantly buy it, send it off for RMA, and get the black friday deal.

ove the course of 20 mins he went back and forth trying to decide what to do... and finally just decided to keep it and get it repaired.

the closest i ever came to just yelling "JUST RETURN THE POS!" lol

From the responses here, it sounds like this is a better monitor than the 22" Acer I picked up from OD a few weeks back.

I haven't done the rebate for the Acer yet - would it be worth returning the Acer for this one?

The people who got the 22 on Black Friday got the model with all the hookups on the back like mine. Much more versatile than the one currently on sale. I was mainly comenting on the quality of the screen itself. I dont know the specs of the Acer from OD so I wouldnt know which is better.

Also...the Westy from Black Friday only had a 1 year warranty. I picked up the extended warranty on it. I think the Acer has a 3 year warranty.

Just went there and the cashier scanned the coupon and no luck on the coupon. So I bought it without it. Anyone got the coupon to work by scanning or the manager had to orverride it?
Thanks.

I'm also wondering that. I haven't opened my Acer 22" yet.

I bought this for use with my mac mini 1.4 ghz G4. It would not run 1680 x 1050 using the DVI cable (not included by the way). After a significant amount of farting around with settings and 3rd party drivers, I used a DVI to VGA cable and it works great.

Just hoping to save you the headache I got running through this and looking for a software solution.

That sucks. While it was a good deal at $200.00AR, for $270.00 you could probably find something better now or in the near future. Take it back if you can. I would.

So if I read your statement correctly, you still using the VGA input?

I ended up buying a Samsung 226BW 22'' WS w/ 2ms @ buy.com for $314.71 - $20MIR = $294.71 shipped. They have free shipping. I used the $15 off $200 (new customers coupon). The Westinghouse lcd is around $240-250 with tax, I figured I'd pay $50 more for 2ms response time, other better specs, and a little better warranty. I'm upgrading from a 17in Hitachi lcd.
