I think they are great. They gave me about a 150mark improvement with 3DMark 2001

Nice. 3DMark2001 score from 6161 to 6374 w/ a Visiontek GF3 Ti200 (220 core/460 memory). About 17 points from a GF3 Ti500 w/ a 1.2 Ghz Athlon MP.

Is there any anisotropic filtering in D3D with these? I haven't been running anything but the latest official drivers as the new leaked sets do not seem to have working anisotropic filtering in D3D.

once these are installed under advacned properties.. are they lsited as 21.83? becasue i have been bouncing around with drivers .. and i was just on 12.90's..

err is it just me or do they not allow 32-bit z-buffer as a selection in 3dmark2001 anymore?

i noticed this occurred when i used the 22.80 drivers as well but 32-bit is selectable in the newest official drivers 21.83

it defaults to 24-bit and won't let you select 32...this is probably your "big pt. jump in 3dmark2k1"

I don't think 32 n 24 really won't matter, cause my radeon le @ norm radeon 3d mb ddr speeds only gets an extra 33 pts from 24 bit to 32 bit z buffer. Well just installed the drivers n my 3dmark 2k1 is at 24 bit too. I got a score of 3888, up from 3864 :disgust: That is not that great of n increase. I think gf3 users are gettin 160 point jumps cause my gts only gets 24.

It isnt detecting my GF2 Ti as a Ti, but as a DDR GF2 - 3dmark crashes when i run with these drivers

No, for some reason it was removed. Or maybe they just changed the registry key. I'll look into it.

I'm using a PNY Verto GeForce3 Ti500 with a SGI 1600SW Flat Panel using the DVI interface. For some reason, 21.88 are the only drivers that work well 100% since with 22.xx and 23.10 in WinXP, going to full screen command prompt will generate a BSOD on WIN32K.SYS while windowed mode works fine. This is on a PIII 1Ghz 133FSB CPU on a Intel 80440BX chipset based ABIT BE6II v2.0 motherboard which has only a 2/3 AGP divider so the AGP is OCed to 90Mhz instead of the normal 66Mhz. Is there any tools I can use to make the card work at 90Mhz AGP? When I tried 23.10, Windows will boot up half way then it will lose the signal to the DVI, something tells me it switched to the VGA port on it's own but the only way I can even access the desktop without safe mode is using either Remote Desktop or PCAnywhere 10.5 and for some reason, with both it crashed after about 2 minutes into the desktop. From what I can tell, it will work at 1280x1024 correctly but 1600x1024 60hz seems to be generating a signal that won't sync so it's probably something higher than 1600x1024 or they messed up the refresh rate since only 23.10 has this problem. Any ideas what I should do? The PNY I heard had a fan that was too slow and one of the sites advised to pull the thermal pad off and put thermal grease which I did with the original Artic Silver I. However, the heatsink doesn't have a tight fit on the GPU since with the two mounts attached, I can still slide the HS on top of the GPU. Anyone knows how one can contact NVidia to report bugs?

The drivers seem fine but there's no way to disable vsync in Direct3D. Has anyone found how to do this?

Theres no reason to disable V-Sync, your comp still pushes the extra fps.

Just one question. Are the 23.10 drivers any better than the 21.85's? Those are the fastest and most stable drivers I've used recently.
