Refrigerator type cooling (squeeze/hot <-> expand/cold). I think they call it "phase change" cause it sounds more sofisticated.what is freon?
Which did you get, the Vapochill or Prometeia? I had the Prometeia (Currently have the VapoChill XE ), and found the Prometeia to be better as far as AMD installation than the Vapochill. I modded the Vapochill XE by running the chiller head mounting screws (P4) in reverse. Makes it much faster to switch processors...Hey guys I got freon cooling yesturday....cost me $699, but damn 2500+ at 2.8 GHZ thats insane....its been running stably for 12 hours now...took me 3 hours to install the damn thing though

If you don't want opinions you shouldn't post on a message board. I simply stated that running the voltage that high will kill a processor no matter what cold you can get it. It's a matter of electrical pressure, not temperature... and oh, guess what, I was right!

too bad AMD's PR rating doesn't mean anything with the release of the 800 mhz fsb cpus
