3 Monitors

I'm running windows 7 on a laptop. I have second monitor connected to the VGA connector and a third connected to the DVI connection. I can't seem to get all three running at same time. I can run any two but not all three. Am I doing something wrong or do you think there is a limitation with the onboard graphics or driver?

even desktop cards don't support 3 displays at once. There are only 'two heads'.
