38"Monitor-17" monitor

I have two monitors ready to install to my standalone pc.
One of which is 17" and the other which is 38" , I was interested to find out after having some slowing on my larger screen if the smaller screen by 21 " would make a considerable amount of difference , especially concerning games of high calibre like Resident Evil 6 or Assassins Creed.:thumbsdown:

If you've got a weak gpu then it will make a difference when you try to drive a higher resolution display regardless of size.

Well its not too bad , i thought maybe if i wasn,t getting the perspective i wanted on some of the higher spec games , i would have to move to the other screen.

Think of it like this when it comes to graphics power: 3840 x 2160 > 2560x1440 > 1920x1200 > 1920x1080 so the larger the numbers the more processing power it takes to render the picture. The screen size is irrelevant but the refresh rate is not.

Yeh i kind of know that!
My other screen is 17 inch and obviously won,t reach full res capacity.
I.e:1920/1080
But my big screen will although because its a bigger screen , the framerate and graphics quality renders slower thus making it hard to play some games , like i had originally posted.

My hope was that the 17 inch would play more inventive games to a higher decree than my big screen.

Well i tried the screen drop in size after setting up my room according to the plan and skyrim was no faster in 1024/768 med settings to the 40 inch screen with the same game settings and a res of 1600/900.

Lol..
After much deliberation i dropped three quarters of my skyrim kit in the snow , took some potion , upped my levels , magic and dress sense.Now on the big screen things are moving a lot quicker....Time to persevere.
