3dmark 05 score

System:

Asus A8n-Sli Delux
Amd 64 3000+@2430mhz
DDR Divider@333
2x512 meg Kingston Ram
Chaintech GF 6600 GT (Stock Speed)

My 3dmark 05 score is: 3569

Is that a good score for this system?

Gee, if only Futuremark provided a GIANT ONLINE DATABASE OF SCORES FOR YOU TO COMPARE AGAINST... then maybe you could look there.

He posted probably because he didn't want to jump thru all those registration hoops to view the database, and since everyone here tweaks their system and enjoys talking about it, he asked. Sorry your having a bad day, you don't have to be grumpy. Take the rest of the day off and go home and play WoW before the wife comes home.

If I had a wife, or played WoW, that might be a good idea. And that was a NICE response, with a smiley and everything!

"registration hoops"? Come on, that's pretty lame. Registering for their site takes about two minutes. It's faster AND much more informative to just look through their database than to post on here looking for scores. Or, you could look at a benchmark/review where they ran 3DMark05 (of which there are many). The OP also could have searched for other, similar threads -- scores don't change much over time.

do future mark still have that problem of reporting clock speeds though? when ever ive submitted a score for my 6800GT it gives things like 5mhz memory, and 11mhz core

I haven't seen that in a while; I think 3DMark03 and 05 are much better in this regard, at least if you're not overclocking or using beta drivers/nonstandard BIOS flashes.

In the descriptive sentence "This has not been edited for the grammar Nazi's", presumably he means that there are multiple 'grammar Nazis' for whom the post has not been edited. The apostrophe here implies ownership, which makes no sense. There's nothing being 'abbreviated', nor have I ever seen apostrophes used for abbreviation like that (example of an apostrophe used as an 'abbreviation of (a) full name', please)?
