Here's how you can get it from the website itself:

But it defaults to the main home page, so what you have to do is...

1. Go to the link above.

2. Press the Joann's etc. box at the bottom of the screen.

3. copy just the part of the URL after the http:// portion into your address/location browser text box, as shown below:

The printable coupon page mentioned will then load.
