Question 5080 coil whine bad

I searched and found nothing, so here goes. I got my first 5080 (Nvidia) made by asus, and started up folding@home, and immediately it had coil whine. I checked nvidia-smi and it was only using 266 of 360 watts. I tried to set it down to 200 to see what happens, but it won't go lower than 250. at 250 is was slightly better , but still WAY unacceptable.

Anybody else had this problem ?

I am using win 10. Thanks for the info though. I asked for an RMA. I will reply back here no matter what happens.
