6600gt agp version

currently i only have a agp system so i will buy the 6600gt agp version. at a later time im planning to build a pci-express system. i was wondering if it was possible to make it back into a pci-express card through some kind of modification? perhaps remove the HSI connector?

I cannot believe that there are people considering physically altering their cards that do not know about differences in slot types. The disparity of knowledge within some individuals astounds me.

They should never have called it PCI Express. An awful lot of people think the slots are somehow compatible, or backwards compatible with PCI.
