7600GT VIVO?

My eVGA 7600GT KO came with an s-video to component cable like this one:

The connectors are not the male-type ones that you would plug into a TV or other device, so are they designed to be used for VIVO?

Just video out, you plug the component cable into both the adapter pictured, and the T.V.

One end is Component the other is NOT S-Video it sure looks similar but its not. I forget the exact name but its usually what those breakout cables have for a connector. Either way its just for plugging into an HDTV with component. Like DAPUNISHER said.
