HighTechRedneck i think all current "good" motherboards can already run the 133fsb "B" chips.
in my bios it says "manual, 1600mhz, or 2128mhz" - whats does that tell you? the SiS645 boards are the same way.
right now the P4 "B" cpus aint overclocking any better or worse then any of the P4 "A" cpus.
all the P4 northwoods seem to pretty much overclock to the same mhz. (give or take a few)
i do think onboard features "can" limit an overclock - that doesnt mean that they will tho.
check out this
thread for more information on 266, 333, 400ddr. from a performance standpoint i would suggest running in the 300-400ddr range.
nothing wrong with a 1.6A @ 2.4ghz, if thats all ya want
