Do yourself a favor and download CPU-Z. Take screenshots of all the tabs and post them here so we can see what's going on.

Ok here ya go

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v478/Kaldire/CPUZ.jpg

Something still seems amiss with the ram but the vpu voltage is 1.35 like sandra said. Im still not sure why im not getting better performance out of this gx2 I cant even play king kong in max everything without 20 fps lol oblivion dont even bother almost seems as bad as my old card lol (could just be oblivion being a graphics hog idk

Let me know, thanks for helpin!

1.35v is the standard voltage for the X2 CPU's. See, your HTT is set to 275, which is good for the RAM, but your CPU multiplier is set to 7. So your CPU speed is 7x275=1925Mhz. Try setting it 275x8 in the BIOS. You may also need to increase the CPU voltage a bit to 1.4v even.

Edit: Read through the guide I linked you to a few posts back. It will help you understand CPU and memory speeds with overclocking.

isn't the default for that CPU 200 MHz x 11 Multi? resulting in a 2200 Mhz proc?

i thought this was a 2.2ghz cpu as well! Ill try what you suggested but I just did 3dmark06 again and only scored 6800 total so yea i dunno whats wrong. This cpu thing cant be the cause of the low 3dmark06 scores for the 2.0 and 3.0 can it? I dont think it can.. but hell im no pro. I just expect to see alot higher results when overclockin the cards to 590/1340 than 3k on both 2.0 and 3.0 sigh

Yes, it is, but look at the pic he linked above. He's running PC4400 memory so his HTT is set to 275 and the CPU multi is set to 7. If he sets the multi to 8, he'll be at 2.2Ghz with the memory running at PC4400 spec. That's what I was trying to get at.

Yup, makes sense. Just wanted to make sure we were on the same wavelength

Urmm there is nothing in my bios for voltage or cpu only DRAM, I can set the cpu freq but there is no option for 275x8 anything that I can see. I went through each one too

a8n-sli deluxe

And I didn poke around jumperless settings and set as follows now I have only 1.6ghz CPU lol so im gunna try 11x like stated.

CPU freq 200.0
DDR voltage AUTO
CPU mulitplier (8x)
CPU voltage (1.400v)

dont think this has nething to do with the low gpu stats but it nice to know this was a problem too. ACK now my bios is all messed up sigh hooah

Well I manually change it to x11 but if i mess with voltage at all it wont boot past bios giving me some overclocking error. A woman actually says " cant boot due to overclocking settings"
also the PCIe freq is 100mhz dunno if thats off or not.

I have it to where it says 2.2ghz now but I had to force it to run x11 there was no option for the 275 for some reason. I dont know what to do lol I feel I may mess something up.

You think you are not being helped? If you really think that then screw you and I hope you go elsewhere. Those of us who have replied have done some research to help you and have posted some very technical information. You should be thankful IMO.

Seriously, read the overclocking guide that I linked you to. It will give you a lot more help than sitting here and refreshing while waiting for someone to help. You can't just run an 11 multiplier and set the FSB to 275 to get your RAM running at spec.

acutall you can lol I just called corsair about the 550 ram. They told me to put my mulitplier to x8 and cpu freq to 275 and ddr freq to 275 then leave everything else alone. Does that make sense? and for your damn info i read the thread

Wow, I told you that last night. It sounds like we were trying to help you but you didn't want to read.

Wow I get ~6500 with a single X1900XTX and 3.2 GHz FX60.

I would switch to the 7950GX2 just for the random flicker problem the that plagues all X1000 series cards though. I can probably hold off until a DX10 part comes though. Maybe.

6500 what total? that score doesnt make sense. As for the comments about me gee ouch and thanks. Yes I read but there was no way to make it 275 on the CPU as well as the ram. So I called them and unlike you they stepped me through it. So dont talk crap about me not listening. You gave great advice but I couldnt go on " just change it to 275 x8" not knowing the bios very well i mean. So i got a walk through. As for ms dawn 6500? my total score is 5k with a ON fx cpu so thats mainly where that adds up, let me know what your sm2.0 and 3.0 scores were individually.

Man this board is harsh to people who dont know alot. Pftt

if you look at your responses in this thread, you can see that you gave them plenty of reasons to respond to you in that way. if your problem was solved, then great. there's no reason for you to act all pissy about the people that took the time to respond to your request for help.

Look, if you read through the overclocking guide I linked you to yesterday, then you would have a better understanding on what I meant when I set set the FSB to 275 and CPU multiplier to 8. I get the impression that you weren't willing to learn on your own and wanted someone to just tell you what to do. Not all systems overclock the same and it's all trial and error.

BTW: This message board is not harsh to people who do not know a lot. We're here to help those who are willing to learn.

Yes THANKS for the help with the CPU but as you can see its not even the original problem, Low FPS in games and low scores in 2.0 and 3.0. Text is only text, you all read it how you want. This board IS biased toward ignorant people, doesnt take much to see that. Telling me that I didnt do something that I have said I did is attacking me. Piss off forum you arent helping ****** you nerds

No, this board is oriented toward helping others, but not all members will understand your problem or answer your questions correctly.

On the other hand, our moderators are very biased against rude, arrogant, pissy little children who insult others who are trying to help, whether or not you like the answers. Another post like the one quoted above may be your last on our forums.
