Yup, it's a little trick the hard drive manufacturers like to play. The box is saying that there are 80 billion bytes, NOT 80 true gigabyte (1 KB = 1,024 bytes, 1MB = 1,024KB, 1GB = 1,024MB). If you multiply 74.5 * 1,024 three times you'll get 80 billion. >>
Thanks, I knew it was going to be a little bit less than 80 GB, but I wasn't expecting 5.5 GB less.
